After 41 years of servicing lawns in Ventura, it is time for me to retire due to a triple bypass surgery following my 80th birthday in December. My grandson, Conrad Walko, has worked with us in the past and will take over the business on January 1, 2025. Ken Yoakam, a trusted employee of 36 years, will stay and assist Conrad. They both do excellent work and will maintain the high quality of service we strive to provide. 

The business will also undergo a name change to JB Davies Family Lawn Service. When statements are sent out, you will notice a new name/mailing address and email address for payment of statements. His wife, Kindall, will be taking over the books from my wife, Janet, who has worked diligently in the office for 41 years. Janet and I are truly grateful for your support and business throughout the years.
